Trade Forex Trends with ADX Indicator
ADX is a standard indicator found in the Meta-trader 4 forex trading platform.
The limitation of ADX is that using solely on its own, it is not particularly useful. It is also a much delayed indicator. An extremely lagging indicator provides information that is late and not helpful for trading.
When a trend reverses, the ADX indicator becomes ineffective in pre-warning the user about an impending trend change. The best way to use ADX indicator is to use it together with the price action on the chart like a trend line to trade more effectively.
