My Business is Involved to a Great Degree in Humanitarian Work
I was getting more interested in humanitarian work for my business and my employees. I like projects that we all can work on together that will make the world a little better. I know that you can’t force people to give their time or money, but I also know that people need to be motivated to think outside themselves and look at what some others in the world have to endure. It is easy to get wrapped up in our own daily routines and struggles and just ignore the suffering and need going on all around us. I put my money where my mouth is and take a portion of my employees on the clock time and have them come up with ways to raise money for humanitarian work. This way there is no pressure to volunteer. Those who get fire inside of them to make positive changes go on to volunteer time outside of the paid time I set aside every month. These are the people I put in charge of the projects. We have raised a significant amount of money for helping those in need doing it this way.

Not a Great Night in Manchester
Oh boy, I watched the TV in my apartment and saw the trouble in London on Monday and then watched as it came to Manchster last night. Luckily I was safely sat in my short stay apartment and had been able to buy some ingredients earlier so that I could cook myself some supper in the kitchette last night.
I’m going to venture out onto Manchester’s streets this morning and have a look for myself. However, I was heartened to read about local people in other UK cities who had used Twitter to organise the good folks to clean about the mess after the trouble the night before. Gives hope to everyone in these very strange times. With my limited knowledge of Manchester people I am sure they will similarly rally around and do the best they can to get the city center sorted out and cleaned up as soon as possible.

Thinking of Going on Holiday in Crete
I spent the morning pricing out a holiday in Crete. I got the cost of everything down and I can afford to take Jenny there for her birthday without much difficulty, although I would not have a ton of money left over to spend. I have been looking at the cost of villas in Crete to rent and wondering if that is the way to go, by which I mean we would get some other couple to come in with us on it. Frank and Lilly are interested and most of these villas are big enough for three or four couples. Actually they are designed for large families to spend a holiday I think. We get on well with them too. Of course it makes no sense for us alone, but we could easily afford that if we got them to come and that would leave us a lot more money for while we are actually on holiday.

The very first thing I look at when we go on vacation is the hotel. To me in the hotel that we stay at is essential. If it is not comfortable, it takes so much away from our vacation. To me your hotel is your safe haven, this is especially true when you are on vacation in a foreign country. When you are on vacation in a foreign country everything around you is new, it feels like you are constantly being bombarded with scenes, sights and smells that you are just not accustomed to. RV Campsites: Dry Fork Campground
It should be fun RVing tomorrow, but we are very tight on our budget. We can not even afford a $10-cost RV campsite in Missouri! At least my uncle filled the gas tank of our RV. Now, I do not have to worry about paying gas. I was about to give up my plans for tomorrow when my father excitedly gave me a news. “Let us go to Dry Fork Campground then! It is free!” he said. Free? An RV campsite here in Missouri for free? Have not thought of that before. I thought about it for a minute and I realized that the whole trip will be free! We do not have to pay any fees! So later that night, we all packed up our own things and loaded them to the RV. Each of us is very excited considering this week was so stressful for us.
Next morning, we traveled to the RV campsite. Wow, this campsite is four kilometres away from the paved road, which means we had to travel the four kilometres on dirt. Even though the ground is not very smooth and the dust is very thick, it did not ruin our excitement. For it to be away from the paved road this far, it should have been very close to nature.
We parked our RV in one of the seven sites in the place. It was so beautiful! The place was surrounded by big trees that give shade to every single space of the place! After we prepared our RV site, my brother and I explored the campsite for other things that it may offer us; and we were not disappointed! Standing before us was a hiking trail that is 36 miles long! We immediately rented some mountain bikes to explore the Cedar Creek Trail. We were astonished by the trail and the sights we passed by. There are even some fresh bear paw prints in the trail! I could not believe how close I am to nature that time. It was all like a dream! After our hike, we headed back towards our RV and ate at the picnic grounds. They do not have fees but I saw that they are accepting donations. With the RV campsite giving me a very relaxed and joyous day, they deserve something. I gave my $5 and left that RV campsite happily. Indeed, it is the best RV campsite…yet.

Koh Samui is a very beautiful island that belongs to the Surat Thani Province. It’s off the east coast of the Kra Isthmus in Thailand.
